14-day cooling-off period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not happy with The Second Bloom, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
How to request a refund
You can request your refund through our reseller Paddle:
- Go to paddle.net and follow the refund request flow with your order details.
- Or email jasmijnbloeit@gmail.com with your name, email address, order date and reason for refund (optional).
We process valid requests as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt. The amount is refunded to the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
Expected timeframe
Once your refund request is approved, you will usually receive the money within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Digital service and right of withdrawal
The Second Bloom is digital content that becomes accessible immediately after purchase. During checkout we ask for your explicit consent to start delivery right away and to waive your statutory right of withdrawal. If you give that consent, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. If you do not give it, this 14-day cooling-off period remains fully applicable.
Regardless of that consent, our 14-day money-back guarantee remains fully applicable. You can always contact us within 14 days for a refund.
Exceptions
We may refuse or offset a refund if:
- the request is submitted after the 14-day period has expired;
- there is fraud, abuse or a material breach of our terms of service;
- the purchase was made outside our official website or Paddle checkout.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
